4. Payments
- The deposit paid through our platform secures your reservation
- The remaining balance must be paid directly to the venue or organiser, typically on arrival
- Payment methods for the remaining balance are determined by the venue

5. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is not an additional fee and will be automatically deducted from the final balance of the event cost. For example, “Your security deposit required at booking is automatically deducted from your final event balance (e.g. €50 event = £10 now, ~€40 on arrival).” a security of for an event costing €50, only the remaining balance (€40) will be payable upon arrival or as per the payment schedule. The deposit contributes towards 24/7 customer support, event coordination, and administrative processing and fees.

8. Customer Responsibilities
